Tommy’s work portfolio covers performance management and impact measurement, research and analysis, collaboration-building, strategic planning, web development, and designing custom capacity-building tools. He has completed projects for organizations of all sizes and types, including human service agencies, advocacy groups, arts organizations, foundations, state agencies, and public health institutions encompassing local, statewide, national, and global service areas.
Tommy earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, with concentrations in community organization and nonprofit management, and received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgia Southern University.
Living with his wife, daughter, and two cats in Stone Mountain, Tommy enjoys taming his yard and thinking about building things.
