Tommy Pearce has worked in a variety of capacities with nonprofit, academic, and public institutions, with the same end-goal in mind: improving the quality of life for underserved individuals and under-resourced communities. With an analytic, big-picture approach, he helps clients design and execute initiatives that are mission-centric, feasible, and measurable.

Tommy’s work portfolio covers performance management and impact measurement, research and analysis, collaboration-building, strategic planning, web development, and designing custom capacity-building tools. He has completed projects for organizations of all sizes and types, including human service agencies, advocacy groups, arts organizations, foundations, state agencies, and public health institutions encompassing local, statewide, national, and global service areas.

Tommy earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, with concentrations in community organization and nonprofit management, and received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgia Southern University.

Living with his wife, daughter, and two cats in Stone Mountain, Tommy enjoys taming his yard and thinking about building things.
