Though most of us join existing teams that have evolved over time, it’s up to us as leaders to make sure our teams are not just groups of people and positions – but rather the right people and positions, supported by the right norms and relationships, and equipped with the right skills and attitudes, setting the team up for success and sustained impact in the communities we serve.

This collection of four courses covers timely, meaningful aspects of building and strengthening your teams, particularly in the virtual work environment: addressing bias and instilling genuinely inclusive practices, making effective use of retreats, and supporting yourself and your colleagues with proven time-management techniques.
