The Georgia Center for Nonprofits is proud to partner with Bartow Collaborative to present Diagnosing Your Business—a half-day forum focused on business diagnostic tools and best practices.
To ensure that your car stays in good shape, you have periodic tune-ups and someone to take a look at its parts to see what needs adjusting or replacing. The same should be done with any business/nonprofit. Don’t wait until a crisis erupts to address areas that need attention. Learn how to analyze and diagnose your business and the environment in which it operates to identify areas of excellence while recognizing and addressing potential problems.
At the end of this course participants will be able to:
- Identify key parts of your organization that can accelerate or hinder your growth.
- Evaluate current operations and create a roadmap for maximizing organizational operations performance.
- Diagnose business challenges and areas for development.
Participants will evaluate current operations and create a roadmap for maximizing organizational operations performance.
