ACCT 220 | From Process to Strategy: Optimal Budgeting for Nonprofits

A budget is a realistic plan for the future expressed in monetary terms that reflects an organization’s programs, mission, and strategic plan.  Due to differing kinds and levels of complexity, each organization must develop a budget formulation process that meets its individual needs. During this course we will discuss the key elements of a good budget planning process.

April 23 Class: Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, this class will be offered online via Zoom. Registrants will be emailed the day before their class with detailed instructions and the Zoom meeting link. Please note the time for the Zoom classes will be provided in the email.
