ACCT 210 | From Process to Strategy: Optimal Budgeting for Nonprofits

A budget is a realistic plan for the future expressed in monetary terms that reflects an organization’s programs, mission, and strategic plan.  Due to differing kinds and levels of complexity, each organization must develop a budget formulation process that meets its individual needs. During this course we will discuss the key elements of a good budget planning process.

This course was formerly numbered as ACCT 220. It has been changed as part of a restructuring of NU's Finance and Accounting courses to better reflect the content level and intended audience.
