Member | Breakfast Bites: Getting Donors Emotionally Invested in Your Mission

Stewardship is an ethic that embodies the responsible overseeing and protecting of something considered worth caring for and preserving. For nonprofits, preserving relationships with donors and overseeing the use of their gifts is paramount to the organization’s fundraising success. The stewardship process begins with a donor’s first gift and is a vital component of your donor retention strategy.

This session will focus on easy, yet effective ways to:

  • Engage your entire organization in the stewardship process
  • Get your donors emotionally invested in your mission
  • Be sure your donors feel good about their gift, so when the time comes to ask again, your work is much easier!
