Ask the Expert: Change Management

Entering our post-Covid world, nonprofit leaders and staff face a new or different set of challenges in their organizations and their communities – some due to gaps in services or new opportunities, others because of the changes they’ve had to make in order to survive. The key questions you must answer: Do you want to improve your organization, transform it, or be disruptive in the marketplace?

Change Management is a term we use a lot in talking about our work and our organizations – but how many of us know what it is and what it really means? Most of us have our own personal reactions to change in our lives and at work, where we are frequently required to adapt to new situations, new work styles, and new opportunities.

Join Kathy Keeley, EVP of Programs at GCN, and Angela Alper, a consultant and change management facilitator for companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations, as we Ask the Expert. With over 20 years of experience in HR change management and strategy, Angela brings a wealth of knowledge and insight, so be sure to bring your questions or submit them after you register.
