Georgia Center for Nonprofits appoints two new board members

ATLANTA – December 16, 2019. The Georgia Center for Nonprofits (GCN) is proud to announce the newest members of its Board of Directors: Crystal Fernando and John UyHam.

Crystal Fernando is the founder of WhatBox Innovation Partners, a consultancy that helps build innovation capacity in teams and organizations. An innovation leader and hands-on coach, Fernando brings more than 20 years of global experience in strategy activation, start-up growth, technology, innovation, and service design to the GCN team.

John UyHam is Senior Managing Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions/Finance for The Coca-Cola Company (a GCN partner), and chairs their Legal Division Diversity Committee. UyHam will contribute expertise in corporate law, governance, partnerships of all kinds, and workplace diversity. Previously, he served as senior corporate counsel for BJ Services Company and an associate at King & Spalding; he earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. from Duke University.
