LeAnn offers over 15 years of vast experience in the non-profit sector. Known for being an articulate passionate communicator, LeAnn desires to equip leaders and their organizations to have a greater impact in stewarding God's resources. With a with a certification in Business Coaching, and an education in Communications, LeAnn offers our clients her strategic skills to enhance and develop their goals with practical tools, resources and connections.
LeAnn’s breadth of experience ranges from family owned-and operated businesses to 10 years of domestic and international mission work. She began her career in an inner-city ministry located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. Seven years of directorial leadership with the ministry brought a wealth of exposure to effective team management, growth development, and successful implementation of strategic planning. Building on her first-hand experience, LeAnn continues to has pursue her desire to see the Kingdom of God expand throughout the world by consulting ministries in strategic development and planning, grant writing, and team dynamics.
LeAnn pursues the promise of life and life abundantly. Raised in Montana, LeAnn cherishes her experience from growing up in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains to having the grand opportunity to travel across the world. Atlanta, Georgia has been “home” for the last 16 years, expect for the 2 years she lived in Paris, France. Exposure to living overseas ignited her passion for people and seeing God’s resources released into the world. LeAnn has participated in 4 church plants, lead several internships, sat on the board of multiple non-profits and enjoys the opportunity to speak at retreats and conferences. Travel, music, outdoors, and photography are interests that accentuate the beauty of her life.
