Important Updates

September 10 / A new order from President Biden requires federal employers with more than 100 employees to have employees vaccinated for COVID-19 or tested at least once a week. The order applies only to nonprofits that are official contractors or subcontractors, not those that simply receive federal grants. See the order.

September 3 / Mauldin & Jenkins explain new SBA guidance intended to streamline forgiveness for smaller PPP loans.

The OSHA updated their workplae guidance in August; The National Law Review provides clarity and UST explains what it means for employees working from home.

Jones and Kolb explain the new IRS guidelines for the Employee Retention Credit.

April 19 / Smith & Howard have a guide to the newly-available Shuttered Venue Operator Grants program, showing you how to get a part of the $16.25 billion apportioned for venues severely impacted by COVID-19.

Over $6 million in additional CARES funding has been allocated to Georgia for FEMA's Emegency Food and Shelter Funding Program. Application contacts and deadlines vary by county: Find yours here.

Nonprofit University (NU) courses will be offered online until further notice due to Covid 19.
