You will become more comfortable and confident about making initial and follow up phone calls, and with initial and "ask" meetings with donors.
You have talked with the donor about the organization; they are engaged and very interested. What do you do next? This workshop will focus on the elements of an "ask". We will role play different scenarios and help you to overcome your reluctance in asking for financial support for your nonprofit organization. When you complete the workshop, you will be ready to go out and raise the funds needed for this years programs. Bring board chairman and development/fundraising chair with you.
