Development Institute: Master Classes

The  Development Institute's Master Practicums, 3-month programs combining classroom-based symposia with opportunities for hands-on experience, insider insight, and skills training necessary to replicate sound strategy and processes for your own organization.

The DI Master Practicum engages a small group of seasoned development professionals in a three-month, six-session program—blending advanced skill-building with organizational problem-solving. The program kicks off with a full-day seminar designed to frame the experience and set each participant up for success. The experience continues with five additional sessions, lead by a master practitioner. Practicum-based, the Master Class experience is crafted to support each participant as they work through a project that advances work toward a specific organizational goal. Discussion throughout is tailored to the the participants.
