Know and understand the roles of a volunteer administrator/manager, the various approaches and the key competencies required to be effective in the role.
VOL 120 | Volunteer Policies, Processes, and Structure
Learn how to design and implement policies, processes, and structures to effectively manage your volunteer corps. This course will outline the importance of aligning volunteer involvement with your nonprofit's mission and provide a framework for applying the principles of operational planning in the design of volunteer activities and projects. Learn when policies and processes need to be reviewed and changed.
VOL 130 | Volunteer Recruitment, Development, Training and Retention
Learn how to successfully recruit, engage, develop and support volunteers to help them reach their potential for your organization.
