How is leading different from managing? Why is it becoming more important than ever? This course will answer these questions and increase your understanding of leadership competencies such as emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, personal brand, ethics, and decisiveness.

At the end of this course participants will be able to:

  • Understand theories of nonprofit and philanthropic organizational development and behavior
  • Define the role of nonprofit leaders in building effective and sustainable organizations
