Through interactive workshop sessions taught by industry experts, this series will increase your competency at applying sound management principles to diagnose core issues and challenges, and develop results-based strategies to address them. Sessions will also focus on the value of building partnerships and a commitment to staff leadership training. Peer networking and knowledge sharing add a valuable component to the experience.
