GOV 230 | Improving Board Fundraising Effectiveness

The success of fundraising campaigns hinges on leadership, and that leadership starts with the board. A board that is committed to its fundraising responsibilities will also be an asset to the organization. Board members who take their role in fundraising very seriously will promote the organization and help bring resources to it. Yet, similar to staff, board members also need training and development to ensure that they have the knowledge necessary for successful fundraising. This course will provide a road map for those seeking to increase their board's fundraising effectiveness.
