 | |  | Lesley HighSenior Consultant - Georgia Center for Nonprofits Lesley has over 20 years of experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She has worked extensively in business analysis, project management, organization development and change, and process improvement consulting.
Lesley’s past experiences have included investment management at the Equitable Life Assurance Society, business planning and staff consulting for a division of Exxon Corp., project management at The Cousteau Society and marketing communications with the Alliance for Employee Growth & Development. Since coming to Atlanta, she has consulted to businesses, government agencies and nonprofit organizations in teambuilding, governance, planning, role and process clarification, and improved communication. Her experiences have given her expertise in board and organization development, team and group facilitation, process analysis and planning.
Lesley received a BA from Smith College and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Columbia University. She also earned a certificate in Organization and Systems Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
