Senate Votes to Agree on SB3

The Senate voted to AGREE on SB 3, the tort reform initiative pushed by Sen. Preston Smith. After failing to get agreement on the bill on Thursday of last week, Senate members returned this afternoon to the Gold Dome and finally agreed to the House amendments on SB 3. Read more >>
