Read a copy of the Joint Committee on Taxation's analysis of  the chairman's modifications to the "Tax Relief Act of 2005" with the proposed changes to charitable giving incentives and reforms and the scoring for these provisions. 

The mark has again been postponed to 2:15 this morning while differences continue to be worked out among Committee members.
