Unemployment Tax Savings and ServicesThrough Unemployment Services TrustThe Unemployment Services Trust (UST) is an unemployment cost-savings program that is owned and directed by its nationwide membership of nonprofit participants. UST is dedicated to providing Center members with a safe cost-effective alternative to payment of state unemployment taxes. UST provides the means to manage the risk of direct reimbursement, quality loss-control services to assist 501(c)(3) organizations in minimizing unemployment costs, and efficient administrative and agency services to support the needs of UST participants.
