Individual Health Insurance

Although previously one-person employers were considered a "group" under the old major medical plans, the state of Georgia now prohibits this practice. The state of Georgia now defines a group as a minimum of two employees. All one-person employers must enroll under an Individual Plan.  Individuals not affiliated with a group plan may also enroll here.
