Camaraderie and Cocktails Sponsor
This sponsorship offers a unique way to reach your audience in a casual and fun environment. Taking place on the first evening of the Summit (Monday, May 11), the cocktail reception brings everyone together to exchange business cards and new ideas in the private space of a downtown restaurant. Your organization will also have 10 to 15 minutes to address the crowd (generally around 150 people) with a brief message about your organization and its services.

- Opportunity to address the audience with a 10 to 15-minute presentation at the restaurant
- Opportunity to place advertising materials throughout restaurant and on tables
- Opportunity to host an on-site prize raffle to gather names and contact information to send follow-up materials
- Logo included in the reception e-invitation sent prior to the Summit
- (1) 10’ x 10’ booth in the Exhibit Hall
- (2) complimentary registrations (each registration includes admission to all workshop sessions)
- Logo on the Center’s website recognized as a Cocktail Reception Sponsor; users can click your logo to be directed to your organization’s website
- Name and logo on Exhibit Hall Punch Card (attendees must visit your booth and receive a punch by your organization’s name to be eligible for the Grand Prize Raffle)
- Database of contact information for all participants
- Option to place promotional items in attendees’ gift bags
- Special recognition on the presentation screen during all General Session activities
