 | |  | Franzelle PertillaOrganizational Development Consultant Franzelle Pertilla has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, facilitation, and strategic planning. Franzelle’s work is aimed at helping groups — often public, private and nonprofit groups together — collaborate and create solutions to problems within complex, democratic, and evolving conditions. She is educated in the Carver model of board governance. Franzelle has conducted numerous leadership retreats and leadership training programs for state and local government constituents.
Franzelle is pursuing a doctorate degree in organizational psychology. She holds a B.A. in communications from Clark Atlanta University and a M.B.A. in finance and international business from Mercer University.
She is a certified consultant in the use of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, and Peace Officer Standards and Training Council. Franzelle is a member of the board of directors for Boys and Girls Clubs of Atlanta (Dekalb); member of Women in Technology and National Coalition of 100 Black Women -- Metro Atlanta Chapter. She has participated in corporate mentoring programs in Los Angeles and Atlanta. |
