Neil Sklarew

Neil Sklarew, a consulting fellow with the Georgia Center for Nonprofits, brings more than 25 years' organization development consulting and management experience working with nonprofits, government agencies and private concerns. Of those 25 years, Neil has served five of them with with the Georgia Center for Nonprofits.

He specializes in organization assessment and restructuring; board development; strategic planning; performance management; change management; team building; management assessment and development; leadership coaching; and conflict resolution. 

Neil served as director of management and organization development for Foster Wheeler Environmental Corp. and as director of organization development and in other human resources and consulting roles for Ebasco Services Inc.
 
Neil holds a master's degree and an M.B.A. in management and in industrial / organizational psychology and has received additional development in organization consulting with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s Organization and System Development program.

In addition, he serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland for its International Coaching and Gestalt Nonprofit Consulting programs.
