One of the many challenges facing nonprofit leadership today is translating financial information into an effective decision making process. The translation process begins with a basic understanding of the various components of financial management. This course is designed for leaders who are responsible for making or contributing to the decision-making process, and who are seeking to understand the fundamentals of financial management for nonprofits.
