What are the different sources of revenue for a nonprofit? What are the pros and cons of each? From an operational perspective, how do you approach and monitor them?

 - Corporations
 - Government


 Operations / Program Management
Nonprofits must ensure that programs and operations are aligned with mission and strategy and managed to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
 - What makes an effective program manager
 - Development and evaluation of program services
 - Effective program measures and outcomes


 Policy & Advocacy
Being an advocate is one of the primary responsibilities of working in a nonprofit.
 - How to be an advocate
 - How the system works and how to work the system
 - Lobbying – what you can and can’t do
 - Building alliances
