-Creating balance and communicating expectations

Ensuring Accountability for Results
You’ve made the plans – now you have to identify who is accountable for the results, and manage them accordingly.
-On-going follow up
-Addressing challenges and “bumps in the road”
-When what appear to be realistic plans become unrealistic expectations
