March Topics for High Performance - Executive Development and Leadership

Monthly Topic of High Performance:

EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP

Nonprofit leaders have the unique challenge of combining mission, resources, and strategy, and must anticipate and respond to community needs, carefully manage money, and lead with a goal of sustainability.  For the month of March, the Georgia Center for Nonprofits focuses on the skills and tools necessary to prepare nonprofit leaders to be effective, efficient and entrepreneurial, while being accountable to their constituencies as well as the agencies and individuals who support them so that they can guide organizations for the transitions to meet new challenges, and decide how to invest or divest resources in search of new opportunities.
