GCN Solutions at Work

A message from Karen Beavor, CEO of Georgia Center for Nonprofits:

As the end of 2009 approaches, I am reflecting on what has been a tumultuous year for many.  While it was, without a doubt, a challenging year for most; I am continually blown away by the incredible spirit and resilience of the professionals and volunteers that make our sector great.   As we begin to close out the year, I wanted to highlight some of the stories of your success  that GCN experienced this past year.  We thought it would be helpful to share with our readers a particular challenge or issue that occurred, how the Center worked either alone or in conjunction with its many community partners, to find the right solutions, and what the end result was. 

We are going to highlight a specific nonprofit challenge, GCN’s solution, and its subsequent impact.  We call it Solutions At Work with GCN.  Our hope is that by sharing this information, you may be inspired, learn something new and remember that GCN is both a solution provider and a partner in your work and impact.
