Starting a nonprofit in Georgia? 
The Center is not able to assist individuals in starting a nonprofit.
However, we do provide a downloadable Nonprofit Start-Up Packet for individuals to download as a pdf. The Nonprofit Start-Up Packet will provide you with all the information you need to start your nonprofit in Georgia. The packet also contains samples of By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation. We are not able to mail out this packet to individuals.
