GCN provides a downloadable Nonprofit Start-Up Packet (PDF) for site users. The Nonprofit Start-Up Packet will provide you with all the information you need to start your nonprofit in Georgia. The packet also contains samples of By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation. We are not able to mail out this packet to individuals.
