Big missions require competent, innovative leaders ready to move beyond simply managing to truly leading.
The ability to supervise operational tasks, meet standard objectives, or manage a project is far different from the ability to motivate and lead people to accomplish a shared mission. As an organizational leader, you must be able to effectively operate on multiple levels, both internally and externally. Skillful leaders can navigate strategic environments filled with executives, CEOs, funders and boards, while at the same time successfully partnering with peers, and leading direct reports to consistently reach tactical day-to-day objectives that align with the bigger picture.
 
LEADERSHIP DIRECT is designed for both new and existing nonprofit
executives and those in leadership positions. Program modules help
participants build individual leadership skills by focusing on:

• Individual leadership styles
• Driving results through successful teams and collaboration
• Leading and managing change
• Translating organizational strategy into effective execution

Register early to benefit from the individual in-depth evaluation and
assessment (DiSC), followed by four half-day sessions focused on the core areas of personal effectiveness, driving results through teamwork, leading change, and translating strategy into execution. Optional 90 minute executive coaching session to build your personal plan is available as an add-on.
