HOW TO ACCESS THE MEMBER AREA OF THE SITE
On the member area of the website, you’ll have access to the full benefits of membership. Here’s how to set up your member account and log on:

Setting up your online member account
Members must be logged in to access the member-exclusive publications and knowledgebase resources, and to receive the discounted, member rate on online purchases. If you are a current member, go here first to set up your online member account.

Forgot your password?
If you've already set up an online account and forgotten your password, go to this page to have your password emailed to you.

Setting up your Organization’s Member Administrator
One member administrator will be assigned to each member organization. Through the member area of the site, the administrator will be able to update your organizational records, add users to the organization's account, view orders, and renew membership.

HOW TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Thank you for being a member and for relying on the Center to provide you with the tools and resources you need to help manage your organization more effectively. 

To renew your membership, please follow these steps:

Make sure you are logged in. Go to our homepage, http://www.gcn.org/ to login. Only designated administrators will be able to renew membership online or make changes to organizational data.  If you are not sure who your administrator is or you’d like to set up one for your organization, contact editor@gcn.org or call 678-916-3007.

Go to Member Area

Click on “My Member Services” located in the lefthand navigation menu

Click the Renew Membership icon (green cross). You will be taken to your shopping cart page. If you do not see the Renew Membership icon, you are not set up as an administrator.
