Nonprofit Status Can Translate to Savings!
As a member of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits, Unemployment Services Trust (UST), could help your organization save up to 50% on unemployment taxes, UST is an unemployment tax savings program for 501(c)(3) organizations. Rather than subsidizing the unemployment claims of for-profit companies, UST members pool their resources to pay only the claims incurred by their former employees. Saving money is the key benefit of belonging to the Trust. UST's track record of holding down claims and consistently returning experience credits has made the Trust a bargain for nonprofits across the country.

For more information about this valuable program, call UST directly at 1-888-249-4788. Be sure to mention you heard about the Trust from the Georgia Center for Nonprofits.

Metro Atlanta Arts Fund

Metro Atlanta Arts Fund

The Metropolitan Atlanta Arts Fund was created in 1992 as a partnership between the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta to help small and medium-sized arts organizations overcome hurdles to their success and grow into strong, self-sustaining institutions. For these vital organizations that give so much to Atlanta, the Arts Fund provides its own gift in return - stabilization.

The Metropolitan Atlanta Arts Fund is The Foundation of Atlanta's Arts Community. The mission of the Arts Fund is to:

  • STRENGTHEN and STABILIZE small and mid-sized arts organizations
  • CONNECT entities that advance the funding of arts in our region
  • LEVERAGE donors, locally and nationally, in support of the arts in Atlanta
To accomplish its mission, the Metropolitan Atlanta Arts Fund provides financial stabilization, strategic support, and related technical assistance to small and medium-sized arts organizations throughout the metropolitan Atlanta region.
