FND 250: Managing Fundraising to Ensure Accountability

Once you have received your grant or donation, you are responsible for ensuring that your organization is a good steward of the funds. Are you organized and ready to do that? Will you be able to track and document the fulfillment of any donor / grant requirements? Will you be able to provide a comfort level for the donor to help ensure that they will donate in the future?

•  How to handle unexpected circumstances that necessitate a modification of requirements
