This workshop will help participants effectively communicate in the workplace. Participants will learn about their own communication styles and how to adapt their styles to others, causing more effective communication.
Objectives
- Recognize communication and personality styles
- Develop effective communication strategies
- Identify roadblocks to communication
- Identify the various styles of supervisors
- Develop conflict resolution strategies
