Georgia Center for Nonprofits Hosts Regional Conference on Nonprofit Technology
Community leaders to address ways technology can advance community service
Atlanta, GA - 11/05/2003 -
On Nov. 6 and 7, the Georgia Center for Nonprofits will present Dot Org: The Southeastern Nonprofit Technology Conference. Dot Org will host staff, board members and volunteers from nonprofits, foundations and other organizations across the region for discussions on how nonprofits can better use technology to achieve their missions.
The conference will feature presentations and demonstrations to help nonprofits understand, leverage, fund and measure the power of technology in their organizations.
Copresented by the Georgia Center for Nonprofits, the Louisiana Association of Nonprofits, the Mississippi Center for Nonprofits, the Nonprofit Resource Center of Alabama, the South Carolina Association of Nonprofit Organizations, and the Center for Nonprofit Management (Tennessee). Dot Org is the only region-wide conference on nonprofit technology in the Southeast.
The two-day event will include 20 workshops and a keynote presentation by Stacey Davis Stewart, president of the Fannie Mae Foundation.
