Never before has a nonprofit event of this size been to Atlanta!
Atlanta, GA - 3/09/2010 -
The Georgia Center for Nonprofits (GCN) is excited to announce that registrations are pouring in for the upcoming Georgia Nonprofit Summit and Nonprofit Technology Conference. GCN confidently expects that 1,500 nonprofit professionals from across the country will attend this unique event at the Omni Hotel from April 8th – 10th.
“It is no secret that nonprofits have been impacted by the economic climate, which is exactly what influenced GCN and NTEN to collaborate – bringing together two unique conferences into one – so everyone could ultimately experience “more bang for their buck!” It’s also a great time for individuals and organizations to move forward and look ahead to learn new strategies and more effective techniques for achieving their goals” said Karen Beavor, President and CEO of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits.
This year with over 90 workshops presenting the most cutting edge content relevant to nonprofits, opportunities for networking, exhibitors, inspiring keynote speakers, service projects, social events and much more - an emphasis is being placed on Collaboration, Leadership, and Technology. This is an incredible “one time” opportunity for professional development and provides an unparalleled meeting ground for drawing on the expertise and commitment of the nonprofit community.
The Georgia Nonprofit Summit and the Nonprofit Technology Conference will be held at the Omni Hotel and the CNN Center in Atlanta, Georgia from April 8 – 10, 2010.
